- Click “Create Website”
- Give your new site a name
- Sign up for a WordPress account
How can it help?
WordPress allows students/teachers to create a blog or website to showcase themselves or a topic. A WordPress.com site is easy to set up and can be done in under 10 minutes, with limited digital literacy.
Photography Students have been asked to showcase their latest photos so the lecturer can view them and provide comments along with their peers.
Learners set up a free WordPress blog and share the address with their lecturer.

What is the impact?
Learners learn/use real world entrepreneurial skills and have the chance to showcase themselves to the wider audience. Learners create an online portfolio of their work which can be used after they have completed education.
